Q: Does Kelly's Kloset buy items out-right?
A: No, we only do consignment for a period of 90 days.
Q: Do you have to make an appointment?
A: Yes. We do appointments Tues-Fri from 11am-5pm. After you have acquired a contract with Kelly's Kloset you may use our "Drop & Run" service.
Q: How many items may I bring at one time?
A: We prefer that you bring no more than 50/60 items at one time.
Q: What does Kelly's Kloset accept?
A: Kelly's accepts apparel, jewelry, and accessories that must be of current style and excellent condition. Please no more than 2 years old.
Q: How do I need to bring my items in?
A: All clothing items will need to be brought in on hangers. All items must be clean, wrinkle free, and odor free. Other items may be brought in boxes, shopping bags or laundry baskets. Please no trash bags.
Q: Do I price my items?
A: No. Kelly's determines the pricing of all items.
Q: What happens to items that don't sell?
A: All unsold items at the end of the ninety (90) day period become the property of Kelly's Kloset and most items are donated to different women's charities of our choice. We do offer a tax write off receipt for your items donated.
